Students in grades 5th through 7th: Assemble in Father Smith Hall no later than 7 PM. Students return to Father Smith Hall from their classroms at 8:10 PM. Parents are required to enter the Hall to pick up each child. Gathering and departing prayer are for parent, catechists and students. We are all asked to join in prayer as a community. Students are called by grade and released to adults. No child is permitted to leave the building without their designated adult. Adults are responsible to be in the Father Smith Hall at dismissal time. This procedure must be enforced for the safety of the children. Upon release time parents are responsible for all arrangements of their child's return home.

8th grade students enter and exit through the double doors on the 245th Street. They meet always at the Youth & Young Adults Center, located located on the 2nd floor of the school building, above the Religious Ed Office. LAb session begin promptly at 7 PM. Students are dismissed from the school building after closing prayer at 8:15 PM.
