We hope to be able to include all students who enter our program for reception of the Sacrament. Parents are expected to give active parental support and interest to our program, which includes prompt and consistent attendance at class on Wednesday evenings from 7:00--8:15 PM. Students in our Confirmation Preparation Program, also known as Learning About Being (LAB) are admitted, for class to the first floor gymnasium through the entrance on 245th Street and exit from the same at 8:15 PM. Upon release from the school, parents are responsible for arrangements of student's return home. We require a clear-signed statement from parents regarding the means of student's return home.

Our Confirmation Preparation is rigorous because the Sacrament of Confirmation involves a serious commitment to know and live the faith, to be able to explain it with knowledge and conviction. Anyone who is not willing to make such a commitment is not acceptable candidate for Confirmation. Parents are welcome to attend classes. Parent attendance shows strong support for the program and greatly enriches what is to be accomplished.
